Traditional home security cameras are designed with a specific set of parameters. They need to record video over a very long period of time, and store it for as long as possible. The use case is essentially for providing information to authorities regarding crimes that had been committed on the property.

This project was for a very different use case, and I carefully customised the design to reflect that. It's more than it appears at first glance.
